Geometric Taxonomy
Geometric Taxonomy is a photographic series that focuses on the formal structures produced by natural phenomena.
Through a frontal and detailed approach, the images isolate networks of lines, furrows and cracks originating from vegetation as well as sand dunes, seabeds or dried-out soils, until any descriptive reading disappears.
Nature is no longer a subject to be represented but a set of visual systems — lines, densities and tensions — inscribed in an attempt at deliberately unstable classification.
